Google Ads and Meta Ads agency in Lugano
A campaign can bring in enquiries from day one, or burn through the budget on clicks that lead nowhere. It usually depends less on the ad copy than on who sees it, the page people land on when they click, and whether someone looks at the numbers every week.
We run advertising campaigns for companies in Ticino and the rest of Switzerland from our office in Lugano: we set them up, manage them while they run, and tell you every month how much you spent and what came of it.
Which platforms
Google Ads
Search ads, Shopping campaigns linked to your product catalogue and videos on YouTube.
Meta Ads
Ads on Facebook and Instagram, in the feed, stories and reels.
LinkedIn Ads
For those selling to other businesses who want to reach specific roles and industries.
TikTok and other platforms
When the audience you're after is there, younger people for example.
Google or Meta?
Google reaches people who are already searching for what you do: the demand is there, and the ad appears at the right moment. Meta creates demand: it shows your product to people who don't know it yet, chosen by area, age and interests.
For a plumber or a professional practice, Google is usually enough. For a shop, a restaurant or a new product, Meta matters as much as Google, often more. It's often worth using them together: Meta builds awareness of the brand, Google picks up the people who search for it afterwards.
What we do
Audience and keywords
On Google, the searches of people about to buy, kept separate from those just looking for information; on Meta, the audience by area, age and interests.
Ads and creative
Copy for Google, images and short videos for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, all prepared by us.
Excluded searches
Every week we check which searches the Google ads appeared for, and remove the ones that use up budget without bringing in customers.
Measured conversions
Enquiries, calls and purchases tracked with Google Ads, the Meta pixel and the Conversions API, respecting cookie consent: without this data you're judging a campaign by gut feeling.
Landing pages
People who click need to land on a page that matches what they saw, not on the home page.
How we work
Analysis
If you already have campaigns running, we start with the advertising audit , which shows where money is being wasted and what isn't being measured.
Setup
Platforms, campaign structure, audience, ads and measurement, agreed with you before launch.
Launch
Campaigns start with a daily budget we decide together.
Optimisation
Every week audience, bids and ads are adjusted based on the data, and money is moved to where it performs best.
Report
Every month spend, clicks, enquiries received per platform and what we change next month.
Who it's for
For companies that want enquiries quickly while organic rankings are being built, and for those spending on ads without knowing what they get back.
- SMEs with campaigns running that don't know how many enquiries they bring in
- anyone boosting posts on Facebook and Instagram with the "Boost post" button and seeing no results
- online shops that want to sell through Google Shopping and social media ads
- businesses launching a new service that can't wait for SEO
Costs
Management has a monthly fee per platform, and if you hand over more than one there's a package at a lower price. Our fee is separate from the advertising budget, which stays yours and which you see in full.
If you already have campaigns running, the advertising audit costs CHF 19.90 per platform and is deducted from the first monthly fee if you then hand the management over to us.
Frequently asked questions
How much budget do I need to start?
It depends on the platform and the industry. On Google, what matters is the cost of a click in your area, which varies a lot from one trade to another; on Meta you can often start with lower amounts. Before launch we estimate the costs and propose a sustainable daily budget.
How long does it take to see results?
The first clicks and enquiries arrive within the first few days. Campaigns settle down over a few weeks, though, as the audience, searches and bids are refined.
I already have campaigns running: will you rebuild them from scratch?
Not unless it's needed. The audit tells you what to keep and what to change, and often correcting the measurement and the audience is enough.
Do you prepare the images and videos for the ads?
Yes. Copy, graphics and short videos are part of the management: on Facebook and Instagram the image is the ad, and it matters as much as the audience you choose.
Campaigns or SEO?
Campaigns bring in visits straight away and stop when you stop paying; SEO is slower and lasts. It's often worth using them together. We handle organic rankings through SEO, and social media posts through digital marketing.
Can I see what's happening in the campaigns?
Yes. Decisions are shared before launch, you see the whole budget, and every month you receive a report you can read without being in the trade.

Landing page or service page: which does your business need?
You call them both "website pages", but they answer different questions, and mixing them up usually ends with something that serves neither purpose.
