Business consulting and digitalisation
Many inefficiencies in a business can't be seen from the inside: steps that started out of necessity years ago and were never questioned again, data typed in twice, checks that nobody remembers the reason for.
From Lugano we work with companies in Ticino and the rest of Switzerland: we look at how the business works, say what's worth changing, and then stay on to make it happen.
What we do
Process analysis
How work gets done today, step by step, and where it gets stuck.
Priorities
What to tackle first, and with what expected result.
Digitalisation
Tools and workflows instead of tasks done by hand.
Tools that talk to each other
Website, online shop, business software and accounts connected, so each piece of data only gets entered once.
Artificial intelligence
Where it can save time, for example on repetitive emails or documents to summarise, and where it doesn't pay off or exposes data that should stay inside the company.
Hands-on support
We stay with you while the changes are put into practice, until the new way of working holds up on its own.
A few examples
Orders typed in twice
They arrive by email and someone copies them into the business software: a form on the website writes them straight to the right place.
Quotes from scratch
A new Word document every time: a template with up-to-date prices prepares them in a few minutes.
Paper invoices
Printed, signed and posted: they become QR-bills sent by email and recorded in the accounts.
Data in ten spreadsheets
Nobody knows which one is right: a single business system, built around the way you work if off-the-shelf programs are too restrictive.
From analysis to action
The difference from traditional consulting is that we know how to carry out the changes we propose: custom websites and e-commerce, hosting and IT support, accounting, data protection. If you like, we put what we propose into practice ourselves.
How we work
Listening
We talk to the people who do the work, not just the people who manage it.
Analysis
Processes, figures and the tools already in use.
Proposal
The actions to take, in order, with timelines and costs.
Implementation
We support the business while its way of working changes.
Who it's for
For companies that have grown faster than their processes, and for those that know they're losing time but can't say where.
- SMEs still working on paper or in spreadsheets
- companies with data scattered across tools that don't talk to each other
- anyone facing an organisational decision who wants an outside opinion first
Costs
The initial analysis has a fixed price and ends with a document that's yours to keep, even if you then decide to go ahead on your own or with someone else. If you then hand us a service, what you paid is deducted from the first monthly fee. Any further support is agreed based on the tasks and how long it lasts.
Frequently asked questions
What does the service involve?
Analysing your business processes, proposing the changes and supporting you while they're put into practice.
How long does an engagement last?
It depends on the goals: it can be a single analysis or support that continues over time.
Do you also handle the implementation?
Yes, and it's the part we care about most: a proposal that stays on paper changes nothing.
Does the service suit a small company too?
Yes. In small organisations the results show sooner, because there are fewer steps to change.
Will I have to change all the software I use?
No. We start from what you have and only change what's needed: often it's enough to connect two tools you already use.
Can I start with just an analysis?
Yes. Many engagements start that way and only continue if it makes sense.
