This is the general notice on the processing of personal data. Details of cookies and measurement tools are in the privacy policy.
This translation is provided for convenience. The Italian version is the legally binding one.

This notice applies to the website www.easy4you.cloud, operated by:
Easy4You

Email: info@easy4you.cloud
Phone: 076 454 55 66
Easy4You is the controller of the data under the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1) and, where processing concerns people resident in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Collection and use of personal data
When you use the website, we only collect personal data if:
- you provide it directly, by filling in the contact form or the request for a free analysis;
- it is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and only after your consent.
Specifically, through the forms we collect:
- Contact form: name, email address and, where given, phone number, company, subject and text of the message.
- Free analysis: name, email address, address of the website to be analysed and, where given, company, phone number and notes.
We use this data to:
- reply to your requests and prepare a quote;
- manage the contractual relationship and service communications;
- analyse, in aggregate form, how the website is used;
- measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
We do not sell your data or use it to send you marketing communications you haven't asked for.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data in the following cases:
- when you have given your explicit consent, for example by accepting analytics or marketing cookies;
- when processing is necessary to respond to a request from you or to perform a contract;
- when we have an overriding legitimate interest, for example ensuring the security of the website and preventing misuse of the forms;
- when we have to comply with a legal obligation.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use our own and third-party cookies to make the website work and, with your consent, to measure how it is used. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
On your first visit a banner asks which categories you allow: until then no analytics or marketing cookie is activated. You can change your mind at any time.
Details of the tools, retention periods and how to withdraw consent are on the page about cookies and measurement tools.
5. Analytics and advertising services
Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: pages viewed, traffic sources, device type and browser. The IP address is truncated before being stored, and the reports we consult are aggregated, not linked to identifiable individuals.
Google Ads. We use the Google Ads tag to measure conversions from our campaigns, that is to know how many enquiries come from an ad. Here too, the data we receive is aggregated.
Both tools are only activated after your consent, through Google's Consent Mode. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We do not use Facebook/Meta pixels, social plugins or retargeting tools on this website.
6. Recipients of the data
The data is not disclosed to third parties, except to the providers that enable us to deliver the service and that are contractually bound to process it on our behalf:
- Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland): hosting of the website, the database and the email service. Form data stays on servers located in Switzerland.
- Google Ireland Limited: analytics and campaign measurement, only with consent.
We may also disclose data to authorities or advisers where the law requires it.
7. Transfer of data abroad
Data collected through the forms stays in Switzerland. Data processed by Google may be transferred abroad, including to the United States: this only happens to countries that guarantee adequate protection or on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner and by the European Commission.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- form requests: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless they become part of a contractual relationship;
- accounting and contractual documents: 10 years, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations;
- analytics and campaign data: according to the periods stated on the cookies page.
9. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure: an encrypted connection (HTTPS) on every page, access to the reserved area protected by personal credentials, and storage with a Swiss provider. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however: we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
10. Your rights
Under the nFADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can request:
- access to the data concerning you;
- rectification or updating of inaccurate data;
- erasure of the data;
- to object to processing, in particular for marketing purposes;
- restriction of processing in specific cases;
- portability of the data you have provided to us.
To exercise these rights, write to info@easy4you.cloud. We will reply within 30 days and may ask for an identity document to make sure the request really comes from you. You also have the right to contact the competent supervisory authority.
