Hosting and IT support for SMEs
Hosting, domain, email accounts, computers and printers: they work as long as someone keeps an eye on them. When they stop, everyone's work stops with them.
From our office in Lugano we look after businesses in Ticino and the rest of Switzerland, from registering the domain to day-to-day support on the computers.
What we handle
Hosting
Space for your website on Swiss servers, with automatic backups and an SSL certificate.
Domains and DNS
Registration and management, with Swiss or international extensions.
Email accounts
Business email on your own domain, synced across computer and phone.
Websites
We host them, update them and keep them running. For a new website or a redesign, see website design .
IT support
Everything the office needs, from the server to the printer: computers, network, email, software and peripherals.
Migrations
We move email, hosting and domains from one provider to another with as little downtime as possible.
Data in Switzerland
For hosting and email we recommend Infomaniak, a Swiss provider: the servers are in Switzerland, the data stays under Swiss law and doesn't pass through American companies. For a business that handles customer data, it's also a step towards compliance with the nFADP, which we cover with our data protection and DPO service.
If you prefer another provider, or already have one, we work with that too.
Security
Backups
Automatic copies of your website and email, and restoration when something gets lost.
SSL certificate
The padlock in the browser, renewed without you having to think about it.
Email that arrives
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up on the domain: without them, Gmail and Outlook send your emails to spam.
Spam filtering and access
A filter on incoming mail and two-factor sign-in wherever possible.
Updates
Systems and software kept up to date, because most attacks exploit flaws that are already known.
How we work
What's there today
We find out where your hosting, domain and email are and who actually manages them.
What's worth moving
Together we decide what comes over to us and what stays where it is.
Migration
The move is prepared in advance, so your email keeps arriving.
Management and support
Updates, backups and fixes whenever they're needed.
Who it's for
For companies without in-house technical staff, who today call one person for the website, another for email and another for the computers.
- SMEs without an IT department
- companies with services spread across several providers
- anyone with a website that hasn't been touched in years and who no longer knows who maintains it
- anyone who wants their company data on servers in Switzerland
Costs
Hosting, domains and email accounts have an annual fee; migrations are quoted per project; support is charged by the hour or included in a monthly fee.
Before quoting, we look at what you already have, because part of it can often be reused rather than rebuilt.
Frequently asked questions
Can I hand over all of my company's IT to you?
Yes, in full or in part: from the server to the printer, or just the services you choose.
Why do you recommend Infomaniak?
Because it's Swiss, keeps data in Switzerland and offers good value for money. It's not a requirement: if you already have another provider, we can work with them.
Do you manage Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
No. We look after email accounts on your hosting, on your own domain, which are enough for most SMEs and cost much less.
Can you migrate the email, hosting and domain I have elsewhere?
Yes. Migrations are prepared in advance and carried out at the times when downtime matters least.
My emails end up in spam: can you fix it?
Often, yes. Usually the domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are missing or wrong: they can be checked and corrected quickly.
Does the service suit a small company too?
Yes. A good share of our clients are SMEs that can't keep an in-house technician.
